YBS operates a fully integrated lubricating grease production facility in Dongguan, China. We oversee every step of the production process, from raw material inspection to formula development, blending, milling, filtration, filling, and packaging. Precision Batching & Feeding
Raw materials are weighed and fed in strict accordance with formula requirements. The first three production runs of new formulas are supervised by R&D engineers to ensure stability. And all feeding data is recorded and signed for full traceability.

Raw Material Testing
Each batch of raw materials is strictly inspected for appearance, penetration, dropping point, kinematic viscosity, and purity to ensure consistent baseline quality.

Custom Packaging & Delivery
Products are filled, sealed, labeled, and packed according to customer specifications. Finished goods are stored in controlled environments and shipped according to agreed schedules, ensuring timely and secure delivery.

Final Quality Inspection
Qualified inspectors verify appearance, color, consistency, penetration, and performance indicators. Only approved batches proceed to packaging.

Three-Roll Milling & Vacuum Filtration
Products undergo high-precision three-roll milling to achieve an ultra-fine, uniform texture, with penetration tested and recorded in real time. Vacuum filtration removes impurities to ensure high cleanliness, stability, and optimal performance.

Blending & Reaction
Materials are mixed uniformly in precision blending kettles under controlled temperature and speed.
