YBS-193 is a beige fibrous synthetic lubricating grease, formulated with ester base oil and polyurea thickener. Designed for high‑temperature and heavy‑load rolling‑bearing applications. It supports lifetime lubrication below 150 °C, and can work up to 180 °C for relubricatable bearings. It offers outstanding oxidation stability, water resistance, corrosion protection and good compatibility with common elastomers and engineering plastics, reducing maintenance frequency and extending bearing service life.

OOperating Precautions
This is for rolling‑bearing lubrication only; not for sliding seals, valve gaskets or food‑contact applications. Maximum continuous temperature for lifetime lubrication is 150 ℃; up to 180 ℃ only for re‑lubricatable bearings. Do not mix with other types of grease; mixing may cause performance degradation. Keep container tightly sealed; store in cool dry place, avoid direct sunlight. Unopened shelf‑life: 36 months from production date.
How To Use
■ Clean gears and remove old lubricant before application.
■ Apply grease evenly to gear teeth and contact surfaces.
■ Use an appropriate amount to ensure full coverage without excess.
■ Apply manually or through a lubrication system.
■ Run equipment at low speed after application to ensure proper distribution.
