Low-Temperature Bearing Grease YBS-3849 Manufacture JLD
YBS-3849 grease is a high-performance, low-temperature grease for moving parts. This product uses a special solid thickener to thicken low-viscosity synthetic oil, and is specially formulated with carefully selected water-resistant adhesives and antioxidant additives to provide excellent wear-resistant lubrication protection even in high-speed, high-water, and low-temperature environments.
Low viscosity base oil, meeting the requirements for low-temperature start-up in major operating conditions: The low-viscosity synthetic oil, with a pour point below -60 degrees Celsius, gives the grease excellent low-temperature starting performance.
Excellent water resistance and stability: It provides continuous protection even in the presence of large amounts of water and water vapor.
Excellent mechanical shearing properties: Its unique mechanical shear stability allows the grease to remain in the lubricated area for a long period of time without softening or leakage.
Excellent compatibility: Grease is compatible with most plastics.
Enhanced extreme pressure and anti-wear properties: Its unique scaly layered molecular structure provides exceptional extreme pressure and anti-wear protection without the addition of any extreme pressure or anti-wear additives.

Widely used in: lubrication and protection of transmission components in precision electronic parts, cryogenic bearings, digital electrical appliances, mechanical keyboards, automotive components, motors , printers , precision molds, textile machinery, medical devices, etc.
Application temperature range: -50 ℃ to 100 ℃
This product is available in 500g sizes. Packaging options include 1kg tin cans, 18kg plastic drums, and 200kg tin drums . OEM customization is available upon request , with various packaging sizes to suit different customer needs ( small packages of 5-10-15g, optional packaging, PE tubing ) . Operating Precautions
■ Ensure surfaces are clean before application.
■ Do not mix with other lubricants.
■ Avoid over-greasing.
■ Use within recommended temperature range.
■ Keep container tightly closed and avoid contamination.
How To Use
■ Clean bearing before application.
■ Apply grease evenly.
■ Fill approx. 30%–50% of bearing space.
■ Use less grease for high-speed, more for heavy-load if required.
■ Run equipment slowly after application to distribute grease.
