Excellent Wear-Resistant Bearing Grease YBS-LR3 Manufacture YBS
YBS- LR3 synthetic bearing grease is a high-performance, high- and low-temperature, heavy-duty industrial equipment grease. This product uses imported high-performance composite lithium as a thickener, and employs imported mineral base oils and synthetic oils with extremely high viscosity. It is specially formulated with carefully selected water-resistant adhesives and antioxidant additives, providing excellent wear-resistant lubrication protection even in heavy-duty, low-speed, water-rich, and high-temperature environments.
High viscosity base oil to meet the oil film strength requirements of major operating conditions.The use of complex calcium sulfonate thickening technology, combined with the excellent oil film composition of the compound base oil, gives the grease higher anti-friction and anti-wear properties.
Excellent high temperature resistance.A high dropping point of over 330°C gives the grease extremely high heat resistance, allowing it to operate for extended periods under conditions of 150°C.
Excellent water resistance and stability.It provides continuous protection even in the presence of large amounts of water and water vapor.
Excellent mechanical shearing properties.Its unique mechanical shear stability allows the grease to remain in the lubricated area for a long period of time without softening or leakage.
Excellent corrosion protection performance.Calcium sulfonate thickeners provide excellent rust protection in water-saturated environments with long relubrication intervals.
Enhanced extreme pressure and anti-wear properties.Its unique scaly layered molecular structure provides exceptional extreme pressure and anti-wear protection without the addition of any extreme pressure or anti-wear additives.
Application And Packaging Specifications
Shipbuilding, port and industrial traction and lifting wire ropes, open gears for towing winches, slewing gears for offshore cranes, gear transmission and winding equipment.
Bearings for continuous casting and rolling mills in the steel industry, as well as conveyor rail bearings for heating furnaces, ensure the normal operation of continuous casting machines and rolling mill bearings.
Lubrication of rotary kiln bearings in the cement industry, as well as bearings of crushers and ball mills.
Application temperature range: -20 ℃ to 200 ℃.
This product is available in 500g sizes. Packaging options include 1kg tin cans, 18kg plastic drums, and 200kg tin drums . For product safety handling information, please refer to the product MSDS.

Operating Precautions
■ Ensure surfaces are clean before application.
■ Do not mix with other lubricants.
■ Avoid over-greasing.
■ Use within recommended temperature range.
■ Keep container tightly closed and avoid contamination.
How To Use
■ Clean bearing before application.
■ Apply grease evenly.
■ Fill approx. 30%–50% of bearing space.
■ Use less grease for high-speed, more for heavy-load if required.
■ Run equipment slowly after application to distribute grease.
