PFPE Grease | NSF H1 Food‑Grade High Temperature Lubricant 1:1 Alternative For Krytox GPL206
perfluoropolyether grease ‑40℃~288℃ non‑flammable chemical inert
YBS GPL206 is a premium PTFE‑thickened PFPE perfluoropolyether grease, certified NSF‑H1 for incidental food contact. It delivers outstanding high‑temperature performance from ‑40°C to 288°C, non‑flammable, fully resistant to strong acids, alkalis and most solvents. Widely adopted for food processing equipment, furnace conveyor chains, corrosive chemical valves and low‑outgassing semiconductor vacuum components. Available in original 1KG packaging, we also supply high‑performance equivalent alternative.
Model:
YBS GPL206

NSF‑H1 certified for incidental food contact
✅ Operating temperature range: ‑40°C ~ 288°C
✅ Non‑flammable, chemically inert, resistant to strong acid, alkali and organic solvents

Extremely low outgassing, suitable for high‑vacuum environments
✅ Excellent anti‑oxidation, long service life, less re‑lubrication frequency
✅ NLGI 2 consistency, good pump‑ability for centralized lubrication system

Application And Packaging Specifications
Food & Beverage Machinery: Conveyor bearings, O-rings, valves, filler equipment subject to incidental food contact
High-Temperature Oven & Furnace: Heat-treatment oven chains, baking production line roller bearings
Chemical Process Industry: Valves, flanges, pump seals exposed to corrosive media and solvents
Semiconductor & Vacuum Equipment: Vacuum chamber bearings, moving parts requiring low-outgassing performance

Operating Precautions
■ Store sealed in cool, dry and ventilated area, away from high heat and direct sunlight. ■ Do not mix with other greases or oils to avoid performance failure. ■ Clean all parts thoroughly before re-lubrication. ■Avoid prolonged skin and eye contact; wear gloves during handling. ■ Not edible. Avoid direct massive food contact (NSF-H1 for incidental contact only). ■ Do not over-grease, especially for vacuum systems. ■ Dispose of waste in compliance with local environmental regulations.
How To Use
■ Clean gears and remove old lubricant before application.
■ Apply grease evenly to gear teeth and contact surfaces.
■ Use an appropriate amount to ensure full coverage without excess.
■ Apply manually or through a lubrication system.
■ Run equipment at low speed after application to ensure proper distribution.
