Application And Packaging Specifications

1. Ball valves, plug valves, stem seals and O‑rings exposed to solvent, steam, corrosive chemical media

2. Centralized automatic /multi‑point grease lubrication systems

Operating Precautions

■ Surface preparation: Fully clean old grease, dust and chemical residues, keep mating surfaces dry.

■ Application for auto‑lubrication system: Set pump parameter according to NLGI‑0 fluid feature, deliver proper quantity to lubrication points.

■ Manual application: Apply thin uniform coating with brush / spatula. Avoid excessive over‑greasing.

■ Bearings: Fill 1/3 of internal free cavity volume only. Excess grease causes overheating.

■Valves & O‑rings: Apply thin layer only on sealing contact surfaces.

■Keyboard / small plastic parts: Micro‑quantities coating; excess grease may cause key‑stick.

■ Re‑lubrication: Re‑apply during equipment disassembly & maintenance.

■ Isolate completely from other hydrocarbon lubricants to prevent cross‑contamination.

How To Use

■ Clean gears and remove old lubricant before application.
■ Apply grease evenly to gear teeth and contact surfaces.
