Equivalent To VIGOGREASE RE0 Grease For Gears Industrial Robots
YBS-RE0 is EP lithium grease with excellent wear resistance. It is based on hydrocarbon oil and refined mineral oil, and contains organic molybdenum compound. This soft grease effectively reaches to sophisticated lubrication points of reduction gears, providing improved efficiency and extended lubrication life.
Excellent shear stability for long-term robotic joint operation.
Stable torque characteristics for smooth and precise motion control.
Superior extreme-pressure and anti-wear performance for gears and bearings.

Operating Precautions
■ Do not mix with incompatible greases.
■ Keep away from open flames and high-temperature surfaces.
■ Wear protective gloves and goggles during application.
■ In case of skin or eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
■ Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
■ Dispose of used grease according to local regulations.
How To Use
■ Clean the equipment – Ensure gears, joints, and bearings are free from old grease and contaminants.
■ Apply grease – Use manually or via automatic lubrication systems, ensuring even coverage on all contact surfaces.
■ Use appropriate amount – Apply enough to form a protective film; avoid over-application to prevent leakage or overheating.
■ Check regularly – Replenish grease as needed based on operating conditions.
